• Prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to confirmation based on current market conditions, quantity, specification, and delivery location, unless explicitly stated as fixed.
• Pricing provided by RFtwenties is valid for the period stated at the time, or 14 days from issue if no period is stated, after which prices may be revised.
• An order is only confirmed once RFtwenties issues a written order confirmation and, where applicable, payment has been received.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order prior to confirmation, including where a product is unavailable, priced in error, or where we are unable to verify order or payment details.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments made through our website are processed via Paystack, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to Paystack's applicable terms.
• Full payment (or an agreed deposit, where applicable) is required before dispatch of materials, unless a separate written credit agreement has been agreed with RFtwenties.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website or in a price communication, and to notify you of the correct price before proceeding with an order.

5. Delivery

• Delivery timelines communicated by RFtwenties are estimates based on standard operating conditions and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• Delivery locations, access requirements, and any special handling needs must be accurately communicated by the client at the time of order.
• Risk in goods passes to the client upon delivery to the agreed location, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to customs delays, transport disruptions, supplier delays, or force majeure events) are not the responsibility of RFtwenties, though we will communicate any known delays as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Client Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have the authority to place the order on behalf of your organization, where applicable
• The information you provide (specifications, quantities, delivery details, contact information) is accurate and complete
• You will provide reasonable access and cooperation to receive delivery at the agreed location

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, RFtwenties Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of production time, or business interruption, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the value of that specific order.
