Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how RFtwenties Limited handles order cancellations, refunds, and related requests for materials, products, and services purchased through our website or directly from our sales team. It applies to all orders processed by RFtwenties, including payments made through Paystack.

2. Order Cancellations

Before dispatch: Orders may be cancelled free of charge if a cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched or materials have been sourced/procured specifically for the order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel — see Section 6.

After dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched or materials have been procured specifically to fulfil a custom order, cancellation may no longer be possible, or may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover costs already incurred (sourcing, transport, storage). Any applicable charge will be communicated to you before it is deducted.

Custom or bulk-sourced orders: Orders involving materials sourced specifically to your specification or in bulk quantities may not be eligible for cancellation once sourcing has been confirmed with our suppliers, given the nature of industrial raw material procurement. This will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation.

3. Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Order not fulfilled — if RFtwenties is unable to fulfil a confirmed and paid order, a full refund will be issued.
• Materials not as specified — if delivered materials do not match the agreed specification, quantity, or quality confirmed at order, contact us within [X] days of delivery for review. Where a valid discrepancy is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, correction, or refund for the affected portion of the order.
• Overpayment or duplicate payment — any confirmed overpayment or duplicate payment will be refunded in full.
• Cancelled orders eligible under Section 2 — refunded in full, less any confirmed cancellation charges.

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after materials have been sourced, dispatched, or delivered as specified
• Delays caused by factors outside RFtwenties' reasonable control (see Terms of Service, Section 5), where materials are otherwise delivered in good order
• Custom-sourced or bulk orders once supplier procurement has been confirmed, except where materials do not match the agreed specification

4. Refund Process and Timeline

• Refund requests should be submitted in writing to rftwenties@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request.
• We will review and respond to refund requests within 3–5 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Paystack within 7–10 business days of approval, subject to Paystack's processing timelines.

5. Delivery Issues

If materials are damaged in transit or do not arrive as agreed, please report this to us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with supporting details (photos, delivery note, etc.) so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
